Melissa Wall

Melissa Wall is a competitive Powerlifter who has represented Scotland at Commonwealth level and was selected to the Great Britain squad for the 2016 World Championships. A former distance runner who has completely transformed both her body shape and her abilities, Melissa is now something of an evangelist for women’s weight training!

Connor is a Personal Trainer with a BEng in Sports Engineering whose aim is to build you from the ground up and help you achieve the health and fitness goals you have always wanted.
